Delete your account

You can delete your Celestum account and everything in it at any time.

In the app (quickest)

Open Celestum and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and tap Delete for good.

By email

If you can't open the app, write to support@celestum.com.co from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Celestum account". We'll delete it within 30 days and write back when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your login and your profile (name, birth date, time and place).
Every reading, question, note, reflection and mood.
Every photo you added, your moon intentions, and your visit days.

All of it is removed for good; we don't keep a copy. Deleting the app from your phone alone doesn't delete your account.
